Be aware that most other rentals are condos in high-density buildings, often near busy streets, with a tiny private deck or patio, no garage (or just a space in a large shared garage or carport) - a lot like in a big city! In contrast, this town home shares a common wall with only one other (a duplex building), has substantial organic and fenced gargen areas, mature trees, and private garage, and is setback several yards from a quiet street."

Rental fees are exclusive of local and state taxes (11% for less than 31-day stays).

Policies |
This is an owner-direct rental and the owner's second home. The owner is looking
for guests who will appreciate the special personal care, customization, and
decor not generally available in standard rental properties.
Some policies are flexible and negotiable, such as check-in/checkout times
and the potential for dog guests (see below).
When the owner is not at the property, a caretaker is
available to provide a preview of the home.
A
refundable security deposit is required prior to occupancy. It is refunded in
full (less any costs to restore the home to the condition it was in upon guest's
arrival except normal wear and tear and light cleaning) promptly following
inspection after guests leave.
Taxes are deducted from the security deposit, unless otherwise prepaid.
- Reservations for dates 30 days or more in the future are held for five days pending receipt of a deposit of
at least 50%.
- Balance due at least 30 days prior to your arrival (or sooner per agreement).
- Cancelations:
- Security deposit, post-stay cleaning, pet/dog fees paid will be refunded if you cancel anytime prior to check-in date.
- All fees paid will be refunded if you cancel more than 45 days before your start date (some exceptions may apply).
- If you cancel 14 to 44 days before check-in date, 50% of your <nightly lodging fees + any related taxes> will be refunded.
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or later (to be arranged before
arrival)
- Check-out time is 11 am.
- Early arrivals must be arranged in advance.
- Smoking allowed outside only.
- There is no maid or meal service provided.
(Cleaning services may be arranged at your extra cost.)
- Guests are expected to keep and leave the home clean and orderly
(as they found it), with dirty linens together in laundry and/or bath areas;
otherwise, extra fees may apply.
- Guests are expected to follow house, kitchen, and fireplace
customs (described in sheets at the home).
- A well-mannered mature dog (certain breeds, no puppies) with credentials may be
welcome in "green" seasons for an additional cost.
